BY MAIL by printing out and completing the ORDER FORM found by clicking here and sending it to the address noted on the form.


Shipping Information

All orders F.O.B. Puyallup, WA. Ground shipping by USPS or DHL as deemed appropriate. Allow 7-10 days for delivery. Call for international shipping rates.


Sales Tax


The sales tax rate for customers living in Washington is: 8.8%
There is no sales tax charged for customers living outside of Washington.

Conditional Warranty

To the consumer, Patio Park inc. offers a limited 30 day warranty on workmanship only from the original date of purchase. No returns will be credited without an authorized return number. This number may be attained by calling (877) 206-5946 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Ship complete Patio Park prepaid along with original sales receipt and authorization number to address given at time of authorization. Patio Park Inc. warrants the purchase price only. There will be a $25.00 restocking fee for returned items. Shipping and incidentals are not covered by this warranty. For refund Patio Park must arrive in good condition. Refund will be credited after unit arrives at appropriate address. Patio Park is not responsible for sod, other than delivery. Sod is ordered through Patio Park from an outside sod farm as a service only.
