All orders F.O.B. Puyallup, WA. Ground shipping by USPS or DHL as deemed appropriate. Allow 7-10 days for delivery. Call for international shipping rates.

Conditional Warranty
Patio Park, Inc. offers a limited 30 day warranty on workmanship only from the original date of purchase. No returns will be credited without an authorized return number. This number may be attained by calling 888-842-3354 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Ship complete Patio Park prepaid along with original sales receipt and authorization number to address given at time of authorization. Patio Park Inc. warrants the purchase price only. There will be a $25.00 restocking fee for returned items. Return shipping charges and incidentals are the responsibility of the sender and not covered by this warranty. For refund Patio Park must arrive in good condition. Refund will be credited after unit arrives at appropriate address.
